Man Killed in Fiery Crash on Air Expressway Boulevard [Victorville, CA]
Male Victim Killed in Head-On Rollover Collision near Nevada Avenue
VICTORVILLE, CA (August 9, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a 25-year-old man was pronounced dead after a fiery crash on Air Expressway Boulevard.
The incident happened around 5:00 p.m., near Nevada Avenue on August 7th. Four vehicles were involved, a 2007 Toyota Corolla, a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, a 2013 Kia Soul, and a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta.
According to reports, the Corolla was traveling west on Air Expressway Boulevard when it veered into oncoming traffic. As a result, the Corolla crashed head-on with the Silverado and then the Kia Soul. The Soul then rolled over several times, striking a Jetta before coming to a stop.
Emergency personnel arrived and pronounced the 25-year-old male driver of the Corolla dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not released his identity.
Meanwhile, crews transported the 50-year-old driver of a 2020 Silverado and the 46-year-old driver of a Kia Soul to a local hospital for further treatment.
Once available, further details will be released about the rollover crash on Air Expressway Boulevard.
