Multi-Vehicle Collision near Hesperia Airport Left Several Injured
HESPERIA, CA (July 28, 2022) – Wednesday evening, a multi-vehicle crash on Summit Valley Road left at least four people injured.
The collision happened on July 6th, at around 6:35 p.m., about 3 miles west of Hesperia Airport.
According to police, the vehicles involved were a white Honda Civic, a white Subaru, and a green Jeep Rubicon.
San Bernardino County Fire firefighters arrived at the scene shortly after the crash and confirmed at least four patients. Medical personnel airlifted one of the victims to Loma Linda University Medical Center and another to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Two other victims were treated at the scene.
Hesperia officials closed down Summit Valley Road in both directions while they performed cleanup and preliminary duties.
At this time, authorities have not released any additional information about the crash on Summit Valley Road. However, an active investigation is underway.
