DUI Accident on H Street Injures Two Victims [Bakersfield, CA]
Two Victims Hospitalized after DUI Collision on Belle Terrace
BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 22, 2022) – Early Friday morning, at least two victims sustained injuries in a DUI accident on H Street.
The incident occurred at the intersection of South H Street and Belle Terrace just before 3:00 a.m. Police responded to the scene shortly after, on July 1st.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that crews located one driver with moderate injuries, and another in critical condition.
Medical personnel arrived and transported both victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Following preliminary investigations, police said that speed and alcohol appear to be the factor in the crash. However, an active investigation is still currently underway.
