Bicyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Accident near Twin Peaks Road
MARANA, AZ (June 13, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, one victim was pronounced dead after a fatal bicycle collision on Sandario Road.
The incident took place the early morning of June 7, along Sandario Road and Saguaro Highlands Drive.
According to reports, the collision was between a cyclist and a vehicle. Although, the events that led to the accident remain unknown.
When officers arrived, they pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the victim’s name pending notification of kin.
Meanwhile, the crash closed the area for several hours as officials investigated the scene.
