Traffic Accident near Highway 41 Left One Arrested
FRESNO, CA (June 24, 2022) – Authorities arrested a driver after a hit-and-run crash on Shaw Avenue on Wednesday.
The incident took place on Shaw Avenue near Highway 41 at around 1:00 a.m.
According to reports, the suspect drove away after colliding with another vehicle, sparking a police pursuit.
Furthermore, the police used a pit maneuver to push the suspect’s vehicle into a fence as they drove down Herndon Avenue near Valentine.
Officers eventually apprehended the suspect and charged him with DUI and other offenses.
At this time, authorities have not released additional information about the hit-and-run crash, but an active investigation is still underway.
