Man Pronounced Dead after Car Accident near 605 Freeway
LONG BEACH, CA (May 6, 2022) – Tuesday night, authorities arrested 66-year-old Bryan Grayley after a fatal auto collision on Willow Street.
The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m., near 605 Freeway. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.
Authorities said Grayley and the victim were both heading east on Willow Street at a high rate of speed. For reasons unknown, Grayley’s Subaru Outback struck the a GMC Yukon from behind near Coyote Creek.
Upon impact, the GMC driver lost control and exited the roadway. Upon arrival, medical personnel pronounced one man dead at the scene. Although, crews have not yet released their name or place of residency.
Meanwhile, the suspect identified as Bryan Grayley was taken into custody by the police. However, further details have not been provided.
At this time, an active investigation into the deadly crash is underway.
