Motorcyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Accident on Swan Road
TUCSON, AZ (April 29, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, 30-year-old Daniel Damato was killed in a motorcycle collision on Pima Street.
The accident happened at the intersection of Pima Street and Swan Road around 12:35 p.m. Crews responded to the scene shortly after.
Per reports, Domato was riding a motorcycle north on Swan Road. There, the driver of a Ford Flex was attempting to make a left turn onto Pima Street and struck him.
Paramedics arrived and transported one occupant from inside the Ford Flex to a local hospital with serious injuries. However, medical personnel pronounced Damato dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver of the other Ford was treated for his unspecified injuries.
No further information regarding the fatal collision on Pima Street is available at this time, however, an active investigation is currently underway.
