Isaac Rojas Dies in Rollover Collision on Interstate 10 [Beaumont, CA]
18-Year-Old Man Killed in Traffic Accident near Ramsey Street
BEAUMONT, CA (April 18, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, a rollover collision on Interstate 10 left 18-year-old Isaac Rojas dead.
Emergency crews responded to the scene around 2:20 a.m., on the freeway off-ramp near Ramsey Street, in Banning.
Shortly after arriving to the scene, fire crews and medics located two vehicles. Per reports, one of the cars had rolled over at the Sunset/Ramsey Street offramp. However, the events leading up still remain unclear.
Eventually, medics arrived and transported Rojas to a nearby hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries two days later.
Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
At this time, further circumstances surrounding the crash are still under active investigation.
