17-Year-Old Hurt in Motorized Minibike Accident on Rotherfield Place
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 1, 2022) – Wednesday evening, 17-year-old sustained injuries in a minibike crash on Buena Vista Road, police said.
At around 8:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to a report of collision on the area of Buena Vista Road and Rotherfield Place.
Furthermore, polices said a teen riding a motorized off-road minibike without headlights headed southbound on Buena Vista, collided into a truck that was trying to make a left turn onto Rotherfield Place.
Eventually, paramedics took the the 17-year-old to a local hospital sustaining moderate injuries.
Meanwhile, the pickup driver did not sustain any injuries.
