Two Injured in Multi-Car Accident on Jensen Avenue in Fresno
FRESNO, CA (January 28, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, two drivers sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle collision on Brawley Avenue.
The crash happened at the intersection of Jensen and Brawley Avenue.
According to police, the female driver of a Nissan Centra drove into the intersection and was hit by a passing big-rig. Additionally, a Chevy Colorado and a Range Rover were hit in the process.
Shortly after, medics rushed the female driver to CRMC Hospital with moderate injuries, and the Range Rover driver with non-serious injuries.
The surrounding area was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Although, the road has since reopened.
Officers believe that alcohol intoxication and drugs were not the factors in the collision. However, the investigation is still proceeding.
