SANTA MARIA, CA (January 21, 2022) – On Thursday, one person was airlifted to a hospital after a rollover crash on Mariposa Way.
The crash occurred in the 500 block of East Mariposa Way.
According to police, an elderly driver collided with another car before continuing down the street for reasons unknown.
Reports indicate that the driver then collided with a truck, causing her vehicle to tip over. Eventually, paramedics responded to the scene and requested a helicopter to airlift the driver.
Medical personnel then airlifted the victim to a local hospital with minor injuries.
