Two-Vehicle Crash on Avenue 144 Left Road Closed

TIPTON, CA (December 17, 2021) – A two-vehicle crash on Avenue 144 resulted in a road closure Thursday morning.

The incident took place before 6 a.m. in the area of Avenue 144, Elk Bayou Road, and Road 80.

As per CHP, they received reports of a collision between two vehicles under unclear circumstances.

Officers responded at the scene and found a damaged power pole. Also, officers said no injuries have been reported at this moment.

Furthermore, roads surrounding Road 80 to Road 96 closed as authorities work to repair the damage to the power pole and power lines.

Meantime, Tipton police continue to investigate the crash and will release information once made available.
