32-Year-Old Male Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Collision near East Glenn Street
TUCSON, AZ (December 16, 2021) – Early Saturday morning, Joseph Warren McIntosh died in a pedestrian crash on North Campbell Avenue.
According to reports, the collision took place around 12:30 a.m., at 2900 N. Campbell Avenue. Dispatchers responded to the scene near East Glenn Street shortly after.
Officers say McIntosh attempted to cross Campbell Avenue from east to west when he was struck by a Toyota Yaris traveling north.
Moreover, the driver came to a complete stop and cooperated with law officials. However, the driver has not yet been identified.
Following preliminary investigations, authorities determined that impairment was not a factor in the accident. Although, an active investigation is still currently underway to determine more information.
