FRESNO, CA (November 29, 2021) – A woman suffered serious injuries after a car crash near Kings Canyon and Willow Friday night.
Authorities said the incident in southeast Fresno occurred around 7 p.m.
They said the woman was walking along the street outside of a crosswalk when she got hit by a car passing by at a normal speed.
Consequently, responders took her to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, authorities said the driver is cooperating with the investigation.
At this time, alcohol or drugs are not suspected to be factors in the collision. However, more information regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash will soon be released.
