MODESTO, CA (November 17, 2021) – Authorities arrested Christopher Ramirez after DUI crash Sunday morning.

According to the police, the driver struck a man standing outside the Stop n Save at Oakdale Road and Sylvan Avenue.

As a result of the impact, the pedestrian sustained severe injuries. Although, there has been no update on their current condition.
