DUI Driver Arrested after Fatal Collision near Warm Springs Road
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 12, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, Ryan Pattison was pronounced dead after a DUI crash on Arby Avenue.
The collision occurred around 3:00 p.m., on Arby Avenue near Warm Springs and Fort Apache Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.
According to reports, 25-year-old Jonathan Wilson was driving a 2021 Tesla Model Y at an excessive rate of speed. Wilson then lost control, causing the vehicle to become airborne and roll over clockwise before striking a cinderblock wall multiple times.
As a result, the impact ejected 30-year-old Pattison from the rear of the vehicle. He was later pronounced dead, due to the extent of his condition.
In addition, Wilson was transported to a local hospital for further treatment of non life-threatening injuries. Upon his release, he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
Investigators say the group was returning from a company picnic at the time, and smelled of liquor.
