36-Year-Old Luis Nicholas Killed in Deadly Car Crash at Grapefruit Boulevard
COACHELLA, CA (October 4, 2021) – Luis Nicholas, 36, of Mecca lost his life Thursday morning following a deadly car crash at Grapefruit Boulevard.
The crash happened around 7:59 a.m. Thursday, September 23 on Grapefruit Boulevard, near Avenue 52.
According to the reports, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons on Grapefruit Boulevard.
Responding officers arrived and located one person dead at the scene. Authorities later identified the deceased victim as 36-year-old Luis Nicholas from Mecca.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported one other person, with minor injuries, to a local hospital for treatment.
At this time, it is unknown whether the crash was caused by speed, drugs, or alcohol.
However, an active investigation is currently underway.
