Driver and Passenger Injured after Car Crash on Scripps Ranch Blvd
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 4, 2021) – A 16-year-old driver and a 25-year-old passenger suffered injuries in a car crash on Scripps Ranch Blvd last Monday.
The accident occurred at 6:30 a.m., September 27 on eastbound Scripps Ranch Blvd near Weatherhill Way.
According to authorities, the teen driving a 2006 Toyota Camry drove up onto the center island and hit the tree for an unknown reason.
Paramedics discovered the driver with serious injuries and a 25-year-old passenger in the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
At this point, police have not confirmed their identities nor their conditions. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
