67-Year-Old Man Injured in Pedestrian Collision near Burbank Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 19, 2025) – Early Friday, one man was hospitalized after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Cahuenga Boulevard.
Police responded to the scene around 1:30 a.m., at the intersection of Cahuenga and Burbank Boulevard.
According to investigators, an unidentified vehicle traveling southbound on Cahuenga hit the man for reasons unknown.
Upon impact, the driver did not render aid to the victim and fled the scene. Authorities later claimed the driver was possibly in a silver SUV or crossover.
First responders transported the male pedestrian to a nearby hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
At this time, the city of Los Angeles is offering a $25,000 reward to anyone who can provide information about the suspect’s whereabouts.
The LAPD is asking those who witnessed the Cahuenga Boulevard hit-and-run to call Valley Traffic Division Investigators Takishita or Ramirez at 818-644-8116.
