SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (February 17, 2025) – Thursday afternoon, a male driver was hospitalized after a pickup-truck crash on Froom Ranch Way. 

The incident happened around 2:19 p.m., at the intersection of Froom Ranch Way and Los Osos Valley Road. 

According to the SLO Police Department, a Subaru and a pickup-truck collided for reasons under investigation. 

Responding emergency personnel discovered the pickup-truck on the side of the roadway. Paramedics transported the pickup-truck driver to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. 

Authorities said the driver of the Subaru was unharmed from the collision. The SLOPD continues to investigate the Froom Ranch Way two-vehicle crash.
