One Unidentified Victim Fatally Struck in Fatal Pedestrian Collision near Thunder Creek Road

AUSTIN, TX (February 11, 2025) – Thursday morning, one victim was pronounced dead after a pedestrian accident on Jollyville Road.

First responders arrived to the 11000 block of Jollyville Road near Thunder Creek Road around 6:30 p.m., on January 30th.

Reports indicate that the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the area for reasons unknown. Upon arrival, troopers located a pedestrian lying on the roadway with significant injuries.

Paramedics arrived and performed life-saving measures on the severely injured victim. However, the pedestrian later passed away at the scene. The deceased victim’s identity was not yet made public at this time.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
