Tristen Hamilton Killed in Hit-and-Run Dirt-Bike Crash on Green Road [Piñon Hills, CA]
Driver Sought Following Deadly Motorcycle-Pickup Truck Collision near Hollister Road
PIÑON HILLS, CA (February 6, 2025) – Sunday evening, Tristen Hamilton was killed in a hit-and-run dirt-bike crash on Green Road.
The incident happened around 6:15 p.m., just south of Hollister Road.
Based on the initial investigation, the driver of a pickup-truck hit a man riding a 2007 Yamaha Y250F for reasons unknown.
The impact of the crash caused the motorcyclist to be ejected from the Yamaha before landing on the roadway.
Responding emergency personnel pronounced the rider dead at the scene. Later, the San Bernardino County coroner’s office identified the deceased motorcyclist as 25-year-old Tristen Hamilton.
A GoFundMe page was created to help the family of Hamilton with funeral services.
At this time, police are still working to find more information about the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle. Further evidence indicated the suspect may have been driving a 1983 to 2005 Ford F-250.
The CHP is asking those who witnessed the Green Road hit-and-run to call Officer S. Garcia of the CHP Victorville at (760) 241-1186.
