16-Year-Old Boy Seriously Injured in Pickup-Truck Crash Crossing near Saddle Way
SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ (February 6, 2025) – Wednesday morning, one teenager was hurt in a pedestrian collision on Johnson Ranch Boulevard.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 6:30 a.m., near Saddle Way on January 22nd.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the Ford Ranger truck was heading east on Johnson Ranch Boulevard. The Ford then struck the teenager who was crossing near a crosswalk on East Saddle Way.
Furthermore, the 16-year-old teenager sustained serious injuries and Rural Metro paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital. An update stated that the teenager was in stable condition.
Meanwhile, the driver remained and cooperated with the investigators. No identities were released as of this time, and an investigation into the fatal pedestrian collision on Johnson Ranch Boulevard is underway.
