71-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after Pedestrian Collision near 8th Street
KOREATOWN, CA (January 23, 2025) – Friday evening, one man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on New Hampshire Avenue.
The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene around 6:40 p.m. in the southbound lanes, just south of 8th Street on December 20th.
Investigators say a 71-year-old man was standing outside of his vehicle. Shortly after, the driver of a white Ford F-150 struck him and continued traveling driving west on James M. Woo Boulevard.
Paramedics then found the victim suffering from serious injuries, and transported the man to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
