Man Fatally Struck in Motorcycle Collision on Bushard Boulevard [Garden Grove, CA]
31-Year-Old Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Crash near Oasis Avenue
GARDEN GROVE, CA (January 7, 2025) – Friday afternoon, one man was fatally struck in a motorcycle collision on Bushard Boulevard.
Dispatchers received calls in the 14200 block of Bushard Boulevard around 3:30 p.m., on December 6th.
At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a silver 2006 Toyota Camry and a black and white 2023 Kawasaki Ninja collided in the area.
Investigators say a 31-year-old man was driving the Camry while a 49-year-old man was operating the motorcycle.
Upon arrival, paramedics found the rider suffering from life-threatening injuries. Medics quickly transported him to a nearby trauma center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the name or place of residency of the deceased victim.
Meanwhile, the Camry driver remained and cooperated with the investigation. Following preliminary duties, police officers do not believe impairment played a factor.
