Donald Warren Dies in Semi-Truck Accident on County Road 17 [Parmer County, TX]
57-Year-Old Driver Pronounced Dead after Big-Rig Collision near US 60
PARMER COUNTY, TX (December 19, 2024) – Friday morning, Donald Warren was killed in a semi-truck accident on County Road 17.
Dispatchers received calls around 11:00 a.m., near US 60 on December 6th.
Police officers say Warren was driving a 2012 Kia Sorento north on County Road 17 when he failed to stop at a red-light. As a result, the Kia and a 2000 Peterbilt semi-truck towing a trailer collided.
Paramedics arrived and transported 57-year-old Warren to Parmer County Medical Center where he later passed away.
Meanwhile, the semi-truck driver did not sustain any injuries from the collision.
Authorities have not disclosed any further details about the crash at this time; however, they will provide more information once it becomes available.
