70-Year-Old Man Killed in Solo-Motorcycle Collision near Keene Road
BAKERSFIELD, CA (December 9, 2024) – Sunday morning, a motorcycle accident on Highway 58 claimed the life of George William Braun IV.
The fatal incident happened around 10:20 a.m., along the westbound lanes of Highway 58, just west of Keene Road.
Police officers say the rider of a motorcycle veered off the roadway and crashed while heading west.
Responding medical personnel declared the rider dead at the scene.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office later identified the deceased motorcyclist as 70-year-old George William Braun IV of Victor, CA.
