Unidentified Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Collision near Winding Way

FAIR OAKS, CA (December 3, 2024) – Early Tuesday evening, one man was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on Hazel Avenue.

First responders located a man down on the road around 5:20 p.m., near Winding Way on November 26th.

Police officers say the female driver of a Subaru SUV was heading south struck a man who walked in front of the vehicle. However, further circumstances leading up to the incident remain unclear.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the male victim dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their name or place of residency.
