Anuar Rodriguez Killed, 2 Injured in Solo-Car Collision on Decatur Avenue [Fort Worth, TX]
18-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Single-Vehicle Accident near Beaumont Street
FORT WORTH, TX (November 27, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, Anuar Rodriguez was killed in a solo-car collision on Decatur Avenue.
The Fort Worth Police Department responded to the scene near Beaumont Street around 2:30 a.m., on November 17th.
Crews say Rodriguez was driving north when he veered off the road before striking a tree and a nearby house. Investigators say speed likely played a factor.
Despite life-saving efforts, medics pronounced 18-year-old Rodriguez dead. Police say that he had just graduated from Diamond Hill Jarvis High School.
Moreover, responding personnel had to extricate two others who were trapped inside the vehicle. Paramedics transported both victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment of serious injuries.
At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
