Woman Dead, Billy Stilley and Jason Crum Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on State Route 132 [Modesto, CA]
Female Sedan Driver Pronounced Dead after Head-On Collision near Crabtree Road
MODESTO, CA (November 12, 2024) – Wednesday, a woman died and Jason Crum and Billy Stilley were hurt in a 2-vehicle crash on State Route 132.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene shortly after 3:00 p.m., just east of Crabtree Road.
Upon arrival, police officers learned that an eastbound 2001 Toyota sedan failed to negotiate a curve while approaching a bend in the roadway.
Afterward, the sedan entered the westbound traffic lanes and collided head-on with a 1995 Toyota pickup truck.
Medical responders transported the woman driving the sedan to Memorial Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, the occupants of the pickup truck – identified as Billy Stilley and his passenger Jason Crum – were taken to the same center with minor injuries.
Modesto Officials are currently investigating if drugs or alcohol contributed to the incident. More details surrounding the State Route 132 two-vehicle crash will be available once available.
