One Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Crash near Menaul Boulevard Northeast
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (November 12, 2024) – Wednesday evening, a motorcycle collision on Tramway Boulevard left one rider dead.
Around 7:00 p.m., dispatchers received calls near Menaul Boulevard Northeast on September 25th.
A preliminary investigation showed that a silver Toyota Prius was making a U-turn onto the southbound Tramway when the rider, who was headed southbound, crashed into the Prius.
As a result, the rider suffered critical injuries which later led to his death. Meanwhile, three occupants of the Prius sustained minor injuries, and they were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Additionally, the rider’s identity has not yet been released, and further investigation remains ongoing.
