24-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Single-Vehicle Collision near 50th Street
LUBBOCK, TX (November 12, 2024) – Early Saturday morning, Noah Jaramillo was killed in a solo-car accident on West Loop 289.
The Lubbock Police Department responded to the scene around 2:00 a.m., near 50th Street on October 5th.
For reasons under investigation, Jaramillo lost control of the vehicle he was driving. As a result, the car crashed into a nearby pole, causing life-threatening injuries to the driver.
Paramedics arrived and transported 24-year-old Jaramillo to Covenant Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Emergency crews shut down the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, details on what led to the crash are limited, and further investigation is currently active.
