33-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Collision near Craner Avenue

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 12, 2024) – Sunday morning, one man was fatally struck in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Victory Boulevard.

First responders arrived to the scene around 1:50 a.m., near Craner Avenue on September 13th.

According to officers, the driver of an unidentified dark-colored vehicle hit a man who was outside of a marked crosswalk. However, the driver did not provide aid to the victim and fled the scene. 

Responding medical personnel transported the 33-year-old man to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Department of Medical Examiner will release the identity of the deceased victim once available. 

At this time, the city of Los Angeles is offering a $50,000 reward to anyone who can lead the authorities to the arrest of the suspect.
