Two Pronounced Dead after Multi-Car Accident near Richey Street

PASADENA, TX (November 12, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, two victims were fatally injured in a 5-vehicle collision on Allen Genoa Road.

Pasadena Police Officers responded to the scene around 2:15 p.m., near Richey Street on September 29th.

For reasons under investigation, five vehicles collided at the 2099 block of Allen Genoa Road and the 2201 block of Richey Street.

Upon arrival, firefighters located one of the vehicles engulfed in flames, with a victim trapped inside.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the trapped victim dead at the scene. In addition, a passenger inside one of the other vehicles sustained fatal injuries.

Emergency medical personnel also transported several others to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved. At this time, the circumstances leading up to the incident still remain unclear. Once available, further details will be provided about the 5-vehicle collision on Allen Genoa Road.
