Authorities responded to the scene just before 3:40 a.m., near Azle Avenue and the Marine Creek Reservoir on October 27th.
Investigators say David was driving a Ford Focus with his family, Johanna, and two children.
For reasons under investigation, David began traveling east in the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a pickup-truck, driven by Ranallo.
