35-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Collision near Van Buren Street

PHOENIX, AZ (October 3, 2024) – Early Friday morning, Foster Williams was fatally struck in a pedestrian collision on 44th Street.

Around 5:00 a.m., first responders arrived to the intersection of 44th and Van Buren Street on September 20th.

According to reports, two vehicles struck 35-year-old Williams in the westbound lanes of Van Buren. Due to the impact of the crash, medics pronounced the male pedestrian dead at the scene.

Both drivers remained at the location and cooperated with law enforcement.
