1 Killed, 3 Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision near FM Road 2210

JACK COUNTY, TX (September 19, 2024) – Saturday, Bradford Cosway died, and Bethany Michelle Olson and two children were hurt in a crash.

Dispatchers received calls around 1:24 p.m., on State Highway 199 near FM Road 2210 on September 7th.

Police say Olsen was driving a 2023 Ford Explorer north on FM Road 2210 and ran a stop sign.

As a result, the rider of a 2014 Honda Valkyrie, who was heading northwest on State Highway 199, struck the rear quarter panel of the SUV.

The impact of the crash caused life-threatening injuries to the rider, 66-year-old Cosway. Medics arrived and took Cosway to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, where he later died.

In addition, paramedics treated 35-year-old Olsen, of Bridgeport along with a 9-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy at the scene.
