21-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Collision near Soboba Street

HEMET, CA (September 12, 2024) – Sunday, Stephanie Morales was killed and two others were hurt in a head-on crash on Mountain Avenue.

The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m., just west of Soboba Street.

Upon arrival, police officers determined that a westbound Kia Forte veered into oncoming lanes.

The driver of an eastbound Hyundai Ioniq was unable to swerve out of the way in time, and the two vehicles collided head-on.

Meanwhile, the driver and the passenger of the Hyundai were taken to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley with moderate injuries.
