25-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in Solo-Vehicle Collision near South Craycroft Road 

TUCSON, AZ (September 3, 2024) – Early Saturday, Jacob Patrick Egan was killed in a high-speed motorcycle accident on East Valencia Road.

Around 3:00 a.m., first responders arrived to the intersection of East Valencia and South Craycroft Road on August 25th.

Reports suggest that 25-year-old Egan was likely traveling at over 100 mph when he struck a guardrail.

The impact threw Egan off his motorcycle before sending him down a nearby embankment. Responding officers discovered Egan’s body, still wearing his helmet, hundreds of feet from the crash site.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced Egan deceased at the scene.

The investigation into the high-speed motorcycle crash on Valencia Road is ongoing, and more information will be disclosed once authorities complete their review.
