Joanna Guttierez Dies in Solo-Car Rollover Crash on Lytle Creek Road [San Bernardino County, CA]
24-Year-Old Rialto Woman Pronounced Dead after Single-Vehicle Accident near Glen Helen Parkway
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (August 15, 2024) – Friday evening, a solo-car crash on Lytle Creek Road claimed the life of Joanna Guttierez.
Authorities responded to the scene around 8:20 p.m., just north of Glen Helen Parkway in the San Gabriel Mountains area.
Based on the initial investigation, a driver lost control of the vehicle and overturned on the westbound lanes.
Emergency units who responded to the scene declared one person deceased in the wreckage. The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as 24-year-old Guttierez, of Rialto.
No other injuries were reported from the crash. At this time, the California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
