67-Year-Old Woman Hurt in Motorcycle Collision near Tonawanda Drive
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 14, 2024)- Tuesday evening, one woman sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on Parkside Avenue.
First responders arrived to the scene around 9:50 p.m., at the 6000 block of Parkside Avenue near Tonawanda Drive on August 6th.
According to reports, a 67-year-old woman riding a three-wheeled motorcycle was traveling west when she lost control while attempting to navigate a curve.
As a result, she collided with a parked vehicle in the Paradise Hills neighborhood.
Due to the impact of the crash, she suffered critical injuries, including a spinal fracture and open fractures to her right wrist and femur. Paramedics quickly transported her to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities are actively investigating the motorcycle crash on Parkside Avenue and will release more information as it becomes available.
