1 Pronounced Dead after Two-Car Collision near East Harding Road

TURLOCK, CA (August 14, 2024) – Late Friday morning, one driver was killed in a two-vehicle stop-sign crash on Golf Road.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m., near East Harding Road.  

Upon arrival, the police learned that an eastbound 2001 Honda stopped at the intersection stop sign before proceeding. 

Per reports, the driver of a southbound 2013 Chevrolet was stopped at the stop-sign before proceeding into the intersection. There, the Chevy broadsided an eastbound 2001 Honda that accelerated into the intersection.

Medical units who responded to the scene declared the driver of the Honda deceased. However, their identity remains undisclosed to the public. 

Police said the 19-year-old Turlock resident driving the Chevrolet remained uninjured. 

Authorities have not disclosed any further information about the fatal Golf Road two-vehicle crash to the public. Turlock Officials will provide more details once available.
