Male Cyclist Pronounced Dead after E-Bike Accident near West 63rd Street

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 8, 2024) – Friday afternoon, one man was killed in an e-bike crash on Overhill Drive.

Shortly after noon, dispatchers received calls near the intersection of Overhill Drive and West 63rd Street on August 2nd.

Per reports, the driver of a vehicle struck a man who was riding an electric bicycle in Hyde Park. The impact caused fatal injuries to the cyclist who crews described as in his 30s or 40s.
