1 Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 25 [Bernalillo County, NM]
One Pronounced Dead after Solo-Car Collision near Rio Bravo Boulevard
BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM (August 5, 2024) – Early Friday morning on July 5th, one victim was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 25.
Just before 2:00 a.m., authorities responded to the southbound lanes of the highway near Rio Bravo Boulevard.
The events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that at least one vehicle lost control and crashed in the area.
In addition, medics pronounced at least one victim dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.
Emergency personnel shut down the southbound lanes of the freeway before they were later reopened around 5:15 p.m.
