One Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Accident near 28th Street

SACRAMENTO, CA (July 18, 2024) – Early Friday, a motorcycle collision on J Street sent one motorcyclist to a hospital with serious injuries. 

Authorities responded to the scene around  5:45 p.m., in the area of J and 28th Street after receiving multiple dispatch calls.

For reasons under investigation, the driver of a vehicle and a motorcyclist collided in the area.

Paramedics arrived and immediately transported the adult male motorcyclist to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Medics say he was in critical condition as a result of the crash.

During clearing operations, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
