Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Crash near Furlong Drive
SAN JOSE, CA (July 16, 2024) – Late Thursday afternoon, one rider was pronounced dead after a motorcycle collision on Winfield Boulevard.
Authorities responded to the scene around 4:00 p.m., near Furlong Drive.
At this time, the events leading up to the crash remain under active investigation.
However, first responders declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Police officers have not yet released the identity of the deceased victim.
It was unclear if the driver of the second vehicle sustained injuries from the crash.
In the end, authorities closed the Winfield Boulevard between Blossom Hill and Coleman for investigation. San Jose Officials will provide more information regarding the fatal motorcycle crash once available.
