Six Hospitalized after Head-On Collision near Eagles Nest Road

SACRAMENTO, CA (July 16, 2024) – Early Wednesday evening, six victims sustained injuries in a head-on accident on Florin Road.

Authorities responded to the scene around 5:45 p.m., near Eagles Nest Road on July 3rd.

First responders located a red Toyota sedan and a white truck, both with front-end damages upon arrival. Paramedics say four occupants suffered moderate injuries white two others suffered critical injuries.

Police officers have not yet released the identities of those involved.

Emergency personnel shut down the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. An active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway.
