Two Injured after Four-Vehicle Collision near Ethel Avenue
VALLEY GLEN, CA (July 11, 2023) – Monday evening, two victims were hospitalized after a fiery multi-car crash on Sherman Way.
First responders arrived to the scene around 8:15 p.m., to the 13100 block of Sherman Way near Ethel Avenue.
Investigators say the driver of a vehicle rear-ended a parked vehicle on a curbside before crashing into two additional cars. Upon impact, the vehicle became engulfed in flames and the two male occupants were able to extricate themselves.
Paramedics arrived and immediately transported both male victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Medics say one of the men suffered critical injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the injured victims. No other information was provided, and the crash remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Division.
