47-Year-Old Rosamond Man Killed in Minivan vs Pickup-Truck Collision near Avenue 24

VISALIA, CA (July 9, 2024) – Wednesday night, Pablo Torres Ceballos was hurt and another man died in a pickup-truck crash on Road 128. 

Authorities responded to the scene around 10:00 p.m., near Avenue 24 in Tulare County shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.

Per reports, the driver of a northbound Toyota Sienna collided with the agricultural equipment being towed by a southbound GMC 2500 pickup-truck. 

First responders declared the Toyota driver, identified as a 47-year-old man from Rosamond, dead at the scene. 

Meanwhile, paramedics transported the GMC driver – identified as 52-year-old Pablo Torres Ceballos of Delano – to a hospital. 

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.

At this time, Visalia Officials continue to investigate the deadly pickup-truck crash on Road 128. Once available, more details will be provided.
