44-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after ATV Accident near Mile Marker 49

EL PASO, TX (July 8, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, an ATV collision on Interstate 10 that claimed the life of Rodolfo Leos.

Dispatchers responded to the scene around 4:30 p.m., near mile marker 49 on June 22nd.

Upon arrival, first responders located the crashed ATV with two occupants suffering from serious injuries.

Paramedics quickly transported both men to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Despite life-saving efforts, medics later pronounced 44-year-old Leos deceased.

Emergency crews shut down the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.

Furthermore, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office advised the public to be vigilant when riding an ATV. No other information was added, and the crash remains under investigation.
